Stepping Up Your Financial Security
Important Information Regarding Home Banking

North Penn Federal Credit Union has stepped up its protection of our online banking system! We now offer two-factor authentication to help our members protect their assets and confi dential information. This process requires users to enter two forms of identifi cation to be granted access to their confi dential information. For example, you will be asked for both your password and a new Confi dence Word.

With identity theft on the rise, this process makes it more diffi cult for hackers to gain a foothold into your accounts. It provides additional security to online banking services and the newest technology to protect your information. The security feature is just another way NPFCU provides you with the credit union difference. If you need help with answers regarding the two-step authentication process please contact the Credit Union.
